  Rooms are big and modern furnished. Staff is friendly and effective. Hotel is 2 min walking distance to the beach and there is plenty of local restaurants and cafes to enjoy Spanish cuisine. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent quality, local food and healthy. Overall a great experience

  Lastly whilst we were there, a group of friends came to join us for a drink and sit by the pool, they were promptly ejected for not staying in the hotel, I would understand if they were rowdy and irritating other guests but this was not the case. Furthermore they were eating and drinking at their cost to be there, terrible arrogance yet again.

  Great hotel, we came a little out of season so some areas were closed. It's got everything you need for a relaxing break in a great location.

  Then, they would only give a 5% discount on rooms booked via their site, telling us this on the day we checked in when the majority of guests had booked via 3rd parties; they also would only apply discount to the night of the wedding and not the 3 in total. Again this is simple customer service.

  In all, the hotel is nice but the service is non existent and from our experience arrogant and unfriendly, even when we were bringing a 50+ group to their hotel, I would expect any other hotel in the world to bend over backwards to accommodate such a group. Sadly they did anything but.

  Third and perhaps the most irritating. We were interested in making a dinner reservation for 50 people the day after the wedding, they were incredibly arrogant and inflexible to our needs and after many calls and emails trying to find an agreement, we told them to forget it and we'll take our 1.5k to another willing recipient. They didn't even attempt to accommodate our simple request.

  First, we were booked into the hotel by the company organizing our wedding, and for that reason we decided to (a) stay a full weekend and (b) invite all of our guests to stay there also...which they did. Our first fight was regarding their insistence I pay to park my car at a cost of 10€ a day, depite the fact I had just brought them over 10000€ in guest bookings, to me this is a small detail that other hotels wouldn't have even considered to charge for. They agreed to waive the parking fee if i could "prove" those guests were with our party! I still had to argue on the check in day to get the free parking.

  Excellent hotel for families, really wonderful service, perfect temperature in the pool (including the baby pool)! The buffet dinner is very well done with plenty of healthy and kid-friendly options! The restaurants directly across the street serve as a good alternative as well. The beach nearby is perfect, and there's a small shop just in front of the hotel (past the playground) where you can pick up all the beach going essentials that you didn't bring with you. Would definitely recommend staying here!

  Nice staff, Nice view, clean and brand new rooms, Nice breakfast. We had a very good stay here.
